Check out Britney Spears’ new video for Candies, a junior brand sold at Kohl’s department stores.

Britney_300x400 The print and TV campaign will appear later this summer in fashion and lifestyle mags, just in time for back-to-school shopping. The brand will be integrated into all of Spears’ upcoming promotional activities, including her Circus tour.

“The new Candie’s advertising campaign featuring Britney Spears is authentic, relevant and designed to resonate with our junior shopper,” Julie Gardner, Kohl’s executive vice president and chief marketing officer, told Us Weekly.

She added: “At a time when Britney Spears is on top of her career, we believe the campaign will drive excitement for the brand, sold exclusively at Kohl’s.”

Yeah, perfect timing.

Cause they would so not have wanted her as the brand’s exciting spokesperson back when she was all bloated and bald and hanging out with the paparazzi.
