VOGUE’S celebrated Patrick Demarchelier has come to the US from London to photograph Britney Spears, who looked sensational on the MTV Video Music Awards over the weekend. Patrick says: ‘I’m pleased to hear that she’s pulled herself together.’

This past Sunday night (September 7) was a big one for Britney Spears. She took home three MTV Video Music Awards and gained momentum for her big career comeback.
And yesterday the “Gimme More” songstress was spotted spending six hours at a Bel Air home she reportedly rented as a set for her new video. According to neighbors, there was loud music playing throughout the day and crew members moving furniture around.
Adding to the speculation that Brit was filming a video, there were signs posted outside telling people not to eat, drink, or smoke.
When she emerged, Miss Spears looked to be in high spirits, laughing and smiling as she walked to her car. Her father Jamie Spears, an assistant, and her bodyguard were all with her as well.
