With rumors flying, about the possibility of Britney being released from her two year conservatorship, Britney is seen without an entourage of any sort. The photo, taken by x17 and published by TMZ, shows Britney wearing white glasses and a black & beige fedora inside a convenience store, where she purchased an Orange Crush. Of all the privileges money and fame can buy you, this simple task for us is a milestone for the beloved Pop Star.

Last week, Britney was seen driving her car buy herself, but with a bodyguard following. The Pop Star has become increasingly isolated since her father took complete control of her life. In the middle of a world tour, Britney did no media interviews. An appearance on David Letterman was pre-taped and she had no interaction with the late night host. It was the same type of PR script, for the tightly controlled taped appearance used for the MTV VMA promotions, with Russell Brand.

Two years ago, in an MTV special produced by her on again off again manager, Larry Rudolph, Britney tells us she never wanted to be one of those prisoner people. The documentary, was startling, her father who has complete control of her finances, business deals and medical care,is seen trying to take her cell phone away from her. Britney mocks her father in an impromptu performance where she demonstrates how he yells, swears and leaves her sitting for long periods of time waiting, while he finishes a business call. Jamie Spears, is seen in tears of joy, seemingly unaware of how tragic the scene is.

Britney often breaks into tears in the documentary, the last time we see her in any candid way. We do not hear the interviewers questions which leads to ambiguity. Many expected she would be in intensive therapy after such a public meltdown and two stints in a psychiatric ward under a 72 hour hold. Both times the hospital released her stating she was not a danger to herself or others. We learned in the documentary that her therapy is dancing.

Shortly after being put into a legal prison, Britney was in a studio recording an album and then thrown into a global tour. The only people seen with her in the past two years, besides her children, are all on her payroll. In art imitating life, Britney is trapped in a gilded cage surrounded by men in black masks during part of her Circus Tour performance.

Even more oddly disturbing, a legal document to the courts regarding Britney, was put forward with her named as the deceased. While many laud her father for saving her life, and maybe he did, Britney seems controlled but not thriving. Her joyful enthusiasm is gone, she is still doing her errands bra-less, with rag doll hair and a hopeless look on her face.

Britney Spears estate has been estimated to be worth $120 million dollars. Her father is paid $18,000 dollars a month and the conservatorship lawyers have been billing for millions of dollars of fees per year.
